I am pleased to share with you exciting news for Zonta.
LIFETIME Television for Women, one of the top-rated
US basic cable television networks, is premiering a two-part
original miniseries, Human Trafficking, on Monday and Tuesday,
24 and 25 October. The drama stars Mira Sorvino and Donald

What’s new with Zonta Club of Myrtle Beach?
- We are very excited about our most ambitious service
project to date, remodeling the kitchen and den of the
CASA Emergency Shelter. Zontian Kelly O’Neill-Bagwell
has designed a brand new den and a facelift for the kitchen
at the shelter. We are raising funds to make her designs
a reality.
- Driving for CASA. Our members are giving their time
and gas to help CASA clients attend court, visit with
their attorney or keep doctor’s appointments for
their children. We drive so the CASA staff will have more
time for the clients.
All Zontians take pride in the work Zonta performs through
ZISVAW (Zonta International Strategies to Eradicate Violence
Against Women and Children), the Jane M. Klausman Women
in Business Scholarship Fund, the Amelia Earhart Fellowships,
and to encourage leadership the Young Women in Public Affairs
Award.
Come join us, we have a lot going on and we need dedicated
women to join us in the work and the fun and fellowship
we share.
